I just have to report to you that I have been having some time conflicts interfering with my softball playing. However, today I played my first game since seeing you Barbara. I applied some of the techniques you talked about that help people perform to their potential. We played against a team that constantly beats us by a large margin. I had my best hitting game in years and played flawlessly in the field and we knocked them out of the playoffs. Final score- our team-23, their team 9. David slew Goliath and even though it is a team sport and my teammates played well, I definitely played a large part in the success. I was totally in the moment, relaxed, aggressive, and had a great time. The skills you teach Barbara, clearly can extend beyond in front of the camera. Not only did you help me do well in front of the camera, but you helped me with a glove or bat in my hand.
